USA Shipping

All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.  We will ship within 2-5 days of ordering.  If you need something sooner please contact us at [email protected] before placing an order and we'll see what we can do. Shipping overcharges will be refunded. 

International Shipping

We are happy to offer international shipping on Costa Sur merchandise (not including found items/vintage).  All orders sent outside of the US will be shipped Priority Mail International via USPS.  We cannot guarantee a delivery date, but most international customers receive their order within 2 weeks.  Please note your country may charge tax and duties which Costa Sur is not responsible for.

**  Costa Sur is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages.  Should this occur, please contact your local post office.

Returns

Clothing:

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery for a merchandise exchange. Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of purchase.  All items returned must be unwashed and unworn with original tags attached.  Customers are responsible for shipping costs of returns and exchanges.  Discounted and sale items are final sale. 

Vintage Clothing & Home Items:

All vintage items are final sale.  These items will be marked individually as such.  Please read descriptions carefully.
